In renting our beautiful Event Center for an event, you will have access to our tables and chairs and our open neutral space to customize for your event. For each event we will have staff there to assist, the option to add a flower bar or other flower arrangements, and a wide variety of other rentals that can be included in your package. Frequently Asked Questions

Do we allow alcohol?

Alcohol is allowed if someone with an active liquor license is present for the whole event. A copy of the license must also be emailed to us prior to the event. We have a preferred bartender if you need a recommendation. We also have a $50 alcohol fee that will be added to the total of your rental.
 

How many tables and chairs are included in the rental?

We have eight 6ft rectangle tables, eight 60 inch round tables, and 100 chairs available. Set up can be added for $150. Usage of the tables and chairs is included in the rental.
 

How many people does our space accommodate?

Our space can accommodate 100 people sitting and 120 people standing.
 

What time slots are available?

We offer full day or half day time slots. Full day slots are 9AM - 10 PM. Half day slots are 5 hours. Morning slots must end by 3 PM. Night slots can begin after 4 and can go no later than 12 AM unless approved. Extra hours can be added for $100/hour.
 

Can we bring in our own caterer?

Yes, we have an open cater policy. You can also bring in your own food.
 

What décor options do you have?

We have a flat $100 fee for access to any of our décor. We have a wide variety of options including multiple colors of table runners, bud vases, taper candles, pillar candles and more. Pictures of our rental items can be found under the "rentals" tab.
 

Are tablecloths included?

We do not offer table cloth rental but offer referrals of companies we trust and have worked with.
